The Promenade in Sun Valley Estates

 A new commercial square, known as The Promenade, has recently been built for residents of Sun Valley.  True to its vision of making Sun Valley a self-contained community, The Promenade was recently opened at Phase 1. Designed to provide a convenient venue for everyday shopping needs, The Promenade has ready outlets for food, grocery, service shops, or business centers. Now in place is a coffee shop, water station, and mini mart. A function hall in the middle of The Promenade can seat 300 persons, and is ideal for celebrations, conferences, product launches, exhibits, and others.

There’s a children’s play area on one of the back lawns, and an open space which may be used for small get-togethers. Best of all, it’s within the City Strategically situated in the east, where the sun rises, Sun Valley provides new beginnings.
